Trilogy are looking for Managing Consultants to join their expanding NYC office!
You will be responsible for driving growth of the Software Engineering vertical, bringing together both client expansion and ownership of your own pod!
We have a focus on bespoke diverse headhunting projects in NYC, using AI tools and being data-driven in our collaboration with incredible start-ups.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Be accountable for a key vertical in the NYC office

Manage direct reports & run their development & training
-
Drive forward client management & acquisition
-
Leverage a bespoke candidate community in NYC through events & direct headhunting
-
Generate revenue to grow your pod, business & be rewarded for it!
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
-
Educated to degree level
-
Over 3 years in recruitment as a client-facing consultant
-
A top biller who understands the balance between speed, volume & quality
-
Experience with direct reports a big plus!
-
Track record of new accounts and bringing in multiple revenue opportunities per client
-
An individual who is grateful for their training and career start, but wants out of the KPI lifestyle
-
Proven track record of managing teams of recruiters whilst maintaining your own billings.
